Shipping policy

All orders take 5-7 business days (may get to you sooner) depending on location items are being shipped to.  For ALL CUSTOM UNIT orders (wigsbyRelle) please note that those units will need a little more time (1-2 weeks depending on availability) because only a few are made at a time. You will be notified via email once your custom unit is completed.  A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped. We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping information so please make sure all shipping info is correct before submitting order.
